On Sunday 17th Nov, the Glasgow Gurdwara appealed to members of the local community to fundraise for the Philippines disaster.
The community raised £2,000 which has been sent to the Disaster Emergency Committee.
A community prayer was also read to pray for the health and wellbeing of the affected individuals & families.
As inspired by the Sikh Scriptures: “Under your instruction, we ask for the wellbeing for all of creation.”
